Description
Day 1
After breakfast, depart from Fes by 4x4 toward the dunes of Merzouga. Travel through Azrou and stop for lunch in Midelt. Continue عبر the Middle Atlas, the Tizi n'Talghamt Pass, Errachidia, and the Ziz Valley. Reach Erfoud and continue to the golden dunes of Merzouga. Dinner and overnight stay in a traditional nomadic camp.
Day 2
Spend a full day exploring the desert of Merzouga by camel, discovering spectacular landscapes including dunes, rocky plains, and oases. Enjoy lunch in the heart of the desert. In the afternoon, ride camels across the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes and admire a breathtaking sunset from the top of the dunes. Dinner and overnight stay in a desert bivouac.
Day 3
After breakfast, return by camel to the lodge in Merzouga for a refreshing break. Then depart by 4x4 to the Todgha Gorge via Rissani, Erfoud, Tinjdad, and Tinghir. After lunch, enjoy a walk through the Tinghir palm grove. Continue to Ouarzazate along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing through the Valley of Roses and Skoura Oasis. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
Day 4
After breakfast, visit the cinema studios of Ouarzazate and the Kasbah of Tifoultoute. Then drive to Marrakech via the UNESCO-listed Aït Benhaddou and the Ounila Valley, with a visit to the Kasbah of Telouet. After lunch, cross the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi n'Tichka Pass before arriving in Marrakech in the late afternoon.
