City : Laâyoune

Laâyoune, also known as El Aaiún, is the largest city in the Moroccan Sahara and one of the main urban centers in the southern region of Morocco. Located on the Atlantic coast, about 500 kilometers south of Agadir, Laâyoune holds a strategic position in the heart of the Southern Provinces, crossed by the Sakia El Hamra river, from which it partly derives its historical name.
